A highly versatile and remarkably precise machining method that meets the expectations of even the most demanding customers. The cutter will be responsible for the rotational movement and the object for the sliding movement. We possess, for example, a 5-axis DMG CNC milling machine, which provides great processing possibilities in terms of the size of details and shapes. This is an important function, as it significantly reduces the working time, making performing details on the five-axis machining unit extremely economical. The term “5-axis” refers to the number of directions in which the cutting tool can move. In the 5-axis machining unit, the tool moves across the X, Y, and Z linear axes and rotates across the A and B axes to approach the processed piece in any direction. The materials we mill are steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.
